Food & Produce NZ is a New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA) registered and accredited Private Training Establishment, with over 40 years experience in training and education.
Industry training
We provide industry training up to Level 7, or tertiary qualifications, to staff in employment. The course requirements may include distance learning, on-the-job-assessments, block courses and are always supported by experienced trainers. The courses provide greater understanding, enhance skills, lead to qualifications and provide incentive for ongoing learning.

Modern apprenticeships
Food & Produce NZ is the coordinator for the national modern apprenticeship scheme in both the food processing and baking areas. Modern apprenticeships are available to people aged 16-21 who are New Zealand citizens or permanent residents. We help employers from identifying suitable candidates to ensuring key skills are provided.
