We offer training in National Certificate for Baking from the current Level 2 to Level 4 in Craft, In-store/Franchise and Plant Baking.
Does Bakels offer Block Courses?
Yes, Bakels Training School holds various block courses. We want to provide our students with the best possible advantage in their training by including block courses of between 1 and 2 weeks, depending on the level of training. Students will attend one of our 3 modern and fully equipped training bakeries located in Christchurch, Palmerston North, or Auckland. As a student, you will gain from the practical experience of learning from our highly trained tutors, along with the opportunity of mixing with students from other areas of the baking industry. As an employer, having your apprentice learn these practical skills will give confidence in their baking and add value to your business.
